This corporation had made little progress about their pay gap, shifting from a 29% pay gap to 28% after a year.
Their pay gap was driven by the percentage of women in senior roles and their remuneration.

SOLUTION

Ellpha Bias detection Engine™ was able to identify some systemic bias in both the promotion and compensation annual processes and help the business address them in a prioritised manner.

RESULT

As a result, both processes have been amended and allowing to level the playing field for senior female workers.
